PRE-PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT
It is the first production department that has a duty to produce semi-products to be ready for assembly of parts together in the Post-production processes, which are specified in job card. The department was divided into three sub departments, there are Waxing, Casting, and Pressing departments by each department is will be planning the production process in advance for one week through Microsoft Dynamics AX by the Production planning department, and its production process planning will be rechecked after each sub post production department received a job card for a period not exceeding three days.
The head of all three departments will receive a job card issued by the Production Control department. It is a card which describe a production step for one product from materials for production, pre-production and post production step, and packing process for exporting. The head of these production departments will analyze, plan and separate the production step details and materials which use ti produce the product from the main Job Card, including prioritizing products which should be produced first and meet the system and number of machines to each department. These product detail will be specified in a Sub-Job Card which are separated from a main Job Card. Then the head will distribute the sub job card to three departments and then they will begin the production processes.
