STOCK CONTROL DEPARTMENT
It is a department that is responsible for taking care and managing any supplies in the stock. It is divided into 2 type of stock, there are semi product stock and materials for production stock. These 2 stocks are divided according the materials for produce the products, it can be divided as following:

Gold Stock (semi product and material)

Silver Stock (semi product and material)

Diamond Stock (only material)
-
Tool & Supply Stock (not both of material and semi product)
Each stock also has a slightly different of material management. It depends on the materials which use to produce a product, working process of the employees(except some case that the Gold stock and silver stock which have the same management process) and co-working with the other related departments for example QA & QC, Pressing, Pre-production, Post-production department and etc.
