PRODUCTION CONTROL DEPARTMENT

     Production control is the task of predicting, planning and scheduling work, taking into account manpower, materials availability and other capacity restrictions, and cost so as to achieve proper quality and quantity at the time it is needed and then following up the schedule to see that the plan is carried out, using whatever systems have proven satisfactory for the purpose.

         In part of production control they are duties to print job card and picking list and separate to other departments as on time and effective so, production control department will directly working in the factory. They are responsible with production order, silver and goldsmith and post production control.

or Operation

First, planning staff make a master plan follow the sale order which receive from customer service then prove production plan consider as company policy.

Second, review the master plan and planning to confirm the order to be officially production order. 

Third, production control will recheck the quantities of product in inventory then print out production card 3 day before start date an advance. If material on inventory is not enough, production control will notice to production planning and if materials in inventory is enough to produce they will print job cards and picking list out.

Fourth, production control will send the job card and picking list to stock. 

Fifth, stock have to prepare materials which is match with picking list and keep picking list paper with them then send job card with material to shop floor. 

Sixth, shop floor received materials and job card to check and send it to production line. 

Seventh, foreman of that production line have to check and split to their employees to produce the product by following with job card processes.
