QUALITY ASSURANCE AND QUALITY CONTROL
Currently, products in market which have higher quality, its higher price than low quality product, it low price it is rule of market now a day compare to the past, many product was sold with not suitable price if we compared with there qualities and because of many kind of product in market which not under standard or product price was not suit to it quality results to customers not satisfactions. Government have seen those problem and decide to solve it by sat standard for some products by Quality control and to gain and confirm on product by quality assurance.
Quality Control is the operational techniques and activities that are used to fulfill requirements for quality.
Quality Assurance is all those planned and systematic actions necessary to provide adequate confidence that a product or service will satisfy given requirements for quality.
Working Process

Quality Assurance and Quality Control process is one of main important process in Georg Jensen (Thailand) but there is not complicated consider as 3 main duties;

QA/QC with Supplier
Georg Jensen (Thailand) is subsidiary factory which produce finished goods and distribute to all of Georg Jensen branches (Shop) around the world included headquarter (Georg Jensen Denmark), to achieve production goals they need to use outsources service from many supplier to use in production process in both of direct and indirect material. material is important in part of factory because they use them in production process, to complete Georg Jensen finished goods on standard so QA and QC on factory department have to check and make sure that materials which they going to import are on standard. They believe that if material are not in standard so finish goods are not in standard also.
QA/QC with Manufacturing
QA and QC in part of factory, they have to check and give insurance document to every product and others specific product which have to use special assurance to confirm customer in that product such as diamond ring etc. More specifically, QA and QC staffs have to use factory standard to check finish goods consider as colors, size, characteristics etc compare with manual and product sample of that product and using expertise skills to check some of products before send those products to shops, warehouse and headquarter.
Confirm the Quality of finish goods and materials by notices through AX program.
Check and make sure that the measure equipment are ready and correctly to use. Therefore, Georg Jensen Thailand have duty to produce variety kinds products such as rings, earrings, bangle, bracelet, ear hoop, ear hook, ear cuff, necklace, pendant, ear stud, ear clip, cuff links and more specifics so in part of checking they have to use many kinds of measure equipment to make product be standard so measure equipment care is important.
