BOI DEPARTMENT
It is an important department that is in charge of the accounting and finance department. This department is responsible for the registration of products and imported raw materials through the IC online system which established by the Investor Club Association for the import and export department, as well as checking the product details that can be used for the BOI privilege of every import shipment. There is a process of operation as follows:
WORKING PROCESS

After the import team examined and analyze the products' name that can be registered to use BOI privileges. He/She know that which products should be inform to the BOI department in the office for BOI privileges registration.

The export team send the imported product list to the BOI team to register the privileges.

The BOI team enter into IC Online System (ICOS) and login the website in exporting online system.

4. The staff will submit an important product detail into the website such as product name and flight import date, by entering into release material category and upload all detail as a PDF file. After this process, it takes a while to receive the registration result, the export team should check the result frequently.

PROGRAM USED IN WORK
IC Online System (ICOS): A system developed to help facilitate the users to receive - send information, release and cut raw materials out of the materials account to the association via the internet network online without having to travel to submit documents manually. In which the development of the association has been conducted in parallel with the submission of information data via Diskette or USB Disk (Flash Drive) for the ICOS system. In order to be able to access the ICOS system correctly and reduce errors from using the service. Users need to have knowledge and understanding about this work system. Therefore, ICN offers information on both the equipment and the operating procedures. Which is necessary for the operation of the service user. For the ICOS system, it consists of 2 functions:
