ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE

     Departments in the factory are clearly separated and there is a command from the upper departments to the lower departments, in which the process will not be executed across the work line. The operational structure will be divided according to the product characteristics and divided according to the operational process. This structure results in employees in each department being able to perform tasks quickly and can solve the initial problems themselves, as well as make decisions that contain exact, accurate and faster information. Which results in the operation of the factory, communication between departments and control of work is highly effective. So, this factory uses a line organizational structure as a factory structure.

     It is the simplest and oldest form of organizational structure. The line of authority flows vertically from top most executive to the lowest subordinate throughout the organization. Where, managers have direct authority over their respective subordinates through the chain of command. Authority flows directly from top to bottom through various managerial positions. It is simple form of organization. Only one form of authority that is line authority exists in this form of organization. Line authority refers to the direct authority of a manager over his subordinates. The authority responsibility relationship is clearly established. All managers in line organization have full authority to decide things and act with respect to their related functions. in line organization department are created for basic activities and departmental heads are responsible for all activities performed in the department.

          Microsoft Dynamic AX or Axapta, It is a high level accounting program and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). It is a large enterprise software that was created in 1983 with functions to support the complex needs of large organizations. Today, large organizations are increasingly adopting this solution with more than 20,000 Microsoft Dynamics AX deployments in 130 countries worldwide. List of functions of Microsoft Dynamics AX that can support complex operations of large corporations as follows:

  1. Financial management: Supporting comprehensive financial management procedures, including general ledger accounts, accounts receivable / payable management, fixed assets and liquidation and also supports IFRS standards as well.
