PACKING DEPARTMENT
The main duty of this department is packing finished goods for preparing to export headquarter and bonded warehouse by following the working process in job card. But some packing process, they are not necessary to issue job card for packing it depends on type and size of products, and type of package. In addition there are cartons which have standard size for exporting follow desire of the headquarter.
WORKING PROCESS

After the QA & QC team confirms the quality inspection of the products, it is sent to the Packing team to pack the product and prepare for exporting, which the packing team will take the packing slip form which receive from the export department to examine the amount of products that must be exported before start packing, together with recording the packing detail into Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.

Then they will start the packing process according to packing slip form by being divided into 2 processes as follows:

Packing by using plastic envelopes

Packing by using boxes

All is packed in a carton: Cartons for export are sent from its headquarter that have standard sizes for gathering all products for exporting to the headquarter and other retail shops. Export packing cartons can be divided into standard sizes as follows:

E size: 24 x 29 x 22

Big size: 35 x 35 x 50

Small size: 30 x 30 x 45

C size: 43 x 76 x 44

D size: 40 x 65 x 40

After that the packing team will inform the carton weight to the export team to specify its weight in invoice & packing list form. Then they will receive invoice & packing list form and a packing slip sheet for attaching on the cartons to the headquarter to check the product. (Export department topic)

The shipping company will come to pick the exporting document(Invoice & packing list, Air waybill, Formality Request Form and good description) from the export department and pick the cartons from the Packing department to continue the exporting process.
