After we apprenticed in this factory, we learned a lot of thing in the working process, people, laws, document, negotiation and shipping process. We got a great experience in that place. People in the factory are mostly older than us but they are friendly and kind. And every department that we went to learn a working process was very systematic. Every process will be linked together even it is just a small department such as housemaid or security guard. Everything is important to make the factory move forward. We had seen a way or technique that they produce those jewelry, it must be meticulous and very careful to not make those jewelry get damage. However, their work is serious every day but they are still looking enjoy and have a good relationship with the other co-workers, and they work very tiny error work.
