INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT
It is a position that are responsible for managing, managing information, editing, repairing and maintaining computer equipment, as well as software and hardware of the organization in good condition and ready to use at all times. In particular, the Microsoft Dynamics AX program, which is a program to link work data to all departments, including linking data from the parent company in Denmark as well. The department's work process can be divided into 2 processes as follows:

Recording, supervising and correcting the data of the product list, both the product from the purchasing department and the production department to be the most accurate and calculate the standard cost and selling price of the product through the Microsoft Dynamics AX program.

Editing, repairing and maintaining computer equipment, the department that has problems with the appliance, computer equipment or other equipment and wants to be corrected will fill out the request for correction and repair and send the Email to the manager in the department itself to consider repairs if the request is approved. The department manager will send the document to the IT department to inform the requirement. The IT department will then examine the details specified in the document. If the information is complete and the IT department can edit it, the IT department performs the requested action on the document upon completion of the repair. Then they will report the results to the department manager who has submitted the request.
